If you’re disappointed that there hasn’t been any new promotional material for the final season of “LOST,” worry no longer — executive producer Carlton Cuse revealed that unseen footage will begin to appear shortly before the show’s premiere.
The news comes from the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour’s “LOST” panel, an event hosted by Cuse and his fellow showrunner Damon Lindelof, as well as cast members Josh Holloway (Sawyer), Evangeline Lilly (Kate) and Terry O’Quinn (Locke), among others.
Aside from the announcement of new footage, several other tidbits about the final season were revealed, including the return of two of the series’ most controversial characters — the murderous Michael Dawson (Harold Perrineau) and the enigmatic Libby (Cynthia Watros).
“Your Libby questions will be answered,” Cuse promised, though Lindelof quickly (and jokingly, I hope) dashed those hopes with a swift, “No they will not!”
